"Shir Appeal was AWESOME! I have received notes and e-mails from congregants telling me how wonderful your participation in services was this past Shabbat. Each member of Shir Appeal brought their own personality and energy and together you all created a beautiful blend of music, joy, and song to our congregation."

Cantor Marcie Jonas

Temple Beth Shalom

"I want to share with you how much all of us enjoyed your performance here…We were inspired by your enthusiasm, creativity, and musicality. We found your harmonies delightful and were impressed by the young men who jumped up on the bimah. Unlike many of your performances, the majority of the individuals in the room were not Jewish – but they enjoyed the show just the same. The professor of choral music of Salisbury University was among those present in the audience as well as several members of the Christian and Jewish clergy. Best wishes for your continued success in sharing the joy of a cappella Jewish music to students and others."

Rabbi Arnold L. Bienstock

Beth Israel Congregation

Salisbury, MD

"You folks surpassed our expectations (which were already quite high). Your hard work and practice time really shows. And, I can assure you we REALLY enjoyed the performance. Thanks again!"
